A connector-hour measures the time a connector actively syncs data between source and target systems. If a sync runs for 30 minutes, that counts as 0.5 connector-hours.
What happens when I exceed my included connector-hours?
Additional connector-hours are billed at $0.45 each. You can monitor usage in real time from the dashboard and set alerts to avoid surprises.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
